Why does it say my account does not exist?
If you have not bought a ticket for a competition from us in 2023, you will need to register a new account.
We moved to a new (better!) system for streaming competitions and unfortunatley that means you need a separate account to the one you use on our existing stores.
Apologies for any confusion.
Which countries can access your streams?
We currently have the rights to stream the World Championships to:

Please do not buy a ticket if you will be connecting from an IP address in a country we do not have rights to, as you may be blocked from accessing the streams.
Can I use my mobile phone?
Yes! Our player works on modern smartphones and, for many combinations of phone and TV will enable casting through AirPlay or ChromeCast.
Are you streaming all sessions?
Yes - every single session from the World Championships will be available live and on demand. A sessions will have full commentary and more cameras. B, C, D and E sessions will have fewer cameras and ambient sound from the venue.
What if I can't watch live?
All of the sessions will be available on demand for a month.
On-demand sessions will be available soon after the end of each live session.
Can I access the streams on my smart TV?
Our streams are compatible with some smart TVs but on some models, the browser just doesn't support the features we need for our streams.
If you use a smart TV that enables different browsers to be installed, the best chance to make things work will likely be to install the Chrome browser by following these instructions.
Our streams will work on most modern smartphones, computers and laptops and you may be able to use Chromecast or Apple AirPlay to watch on your TV.
Unfortunately, we can't provide detailed technical support for TVs as there are just too many models and combinations of accessories.
